I knew I was smart

Remember last June when I had a mental melt down about Cars? Turns out, I'm not the only one. The Ken Jennings of Jeopardy fame had the exact same melt down. His was funnier and better written, but at least I'm on the same wavelength as the smartest person in America, trivially speaking.

I'm on this wavelength, too. His post on seeded grapes? I wrote it, back in April 2007. Something is definitely going on here.

Hi I don't have your email address, weird. her is the recipe

Pumpkin Moose Pie
Crust:
1 box Yellow Cake mix ( with ½ cup set to the side
½ cup melted butter
1 egg

Filling:
3 cups or 1lb 14oz of Pumpkin Pie mix with spices
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
½ cup cake mix
¼ sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ cold butter

Cinnamon whipped cream:
2 cups heavy whipping Cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp-1 tbs Cinnamon (depending on taste)

Set oven to 350 degrees. This will make 1 13x9 pan, or 2 9” pies. (I am pretty sure you can do this with cupcakes too.) Combine crust and press into bottom of greased pans of choice. In a large mixing bowling combine filling and mix until smooth. Pour over crust evenly. Combine topping with a pastry blender (you want it to be crumbly) and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 45 minutes. If making cupcakes I would check it after 20 minutes.
Combine whipped cream ingredients and beat until soft peaks form and dollop on top, I put mine in my cake decorating tube and made pretty stars, but a spoons works just as well and taste just as good.
Enjoy!

I think you are smart. you can delete this if you want to afterwards

Wow, Bridget. That is the exact same post. Down to the suggestions of what to call seedless grapes.

And Rileigh. I'm a little worried for you- I mean, it was one thing to break your promise and email me the recipe... but now, you've given it to the whole world. I hope that girl from your HS French class's mom doesn't read my blog.
