Myriah's Visit

Lillian smiles quite a bit now. This is my best effort to capture it with the camera. She sort of just finished smiling and was moving into her "standard look" (see below).

My friend Myriah normally attends BYU-I, but is home for a week inbetween semesters.

She thinks the pictures of Lillian don't do her justice. I think these ones are pretty cute.

It was so much fun having her here. And, I tried out a new recipe for dinner. It was really easy and really good. Tyler rated it a 9 out of 10.

Russian Chicken

Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts
1 c. apricot jam (or orange)
8 oz Russian dressing (I substituted Catalina)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Mix dressing, jam and onion soup mix. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove covering for last half hour of baking. Serve over rice.

Let me know what you think! Posted by Picasa

She's so sweet! Love that little smile. Do you guys call her Lilly?

The moped works great: we just bought a new fuel petcock (a word I didn't know existed until recently), and it gets about 100 miles to the gallon.

I don't really call her Lilly, no particular reason why, but Tyler does. Either way is fine by me.
